Terms and Conditions for Vouchers

For Purchasers (Voucher Buyers):

• Voucher Receipt:
  After placing an order, the voucher will be emailed directly to you. You can then forward the voucher to the recipient of your choice. Please ensure to check both your inbox and junk folders. If you haven’t received the voucher within 72 hours, contact us, and we will investigate or reissue it.
• Voucher Purchase:
  By purchasing a voucher, you are entering into a contract with New Driver Programme Ltd. The voucher can only be used for lessons or digital products, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refund Policy:
  Purchasers can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon refund, the voucher will be voided, and no physical or digital products need to be returned.
• Fraud Prevention:
  Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, tampered with, or redeemed by unauthorised individuals. We reserve the right to reject vouchers we suspect to be fraudulent. If a voucher is found to be fraudulent after it has been redeemed, the purchaser or learner may be liable to reimburse the amount paid.
• Marketing Communications:
  By purchasing a voucher, you consent to receiving marketing communications from us, which will be handled in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.

For Learners (Voucher Receivers):
How to Redeem Your Voucher:

• To redeem your voucher, visit drivinglessonvouchers.com/redeem/
• Keep your driving lesson receipt as proof of purchase, as it is required for redemption.
• The redeemed amount will be transferred to your account within 5 working days.
• Ensure that your payment details are correct when submitting. We are not liable for any errors if the wrong details are provided.
• If someone other than the Learner Driver is redeeming the voucher, we will require ID and consent from the Learner Driver.

Voucher Validity:

• The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months only from the date of purchase and cannot be extended for any reason.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed during their validity period, provided the lessons have been booked and paid for before expiry.
• We shall not be responsible where an instructor does not accept or redeem the voucher within the expiry date, and you shall remain liable for payment for that lesson.

You May Redeem Part or Full Value:

• You may redeem part or the full value of the voucher at any time, subject to full information regarding the driving lesson and, where applicable, a receipt being presented at the time of redemption.
• If your driving lesson is more than the value of the voucher, you will only be able to redeem the value remaining on the voucher, and the difference must be paid by you.
• Receipts used to redeem the voucher should include details of the Learner Driver, the driving instructor, the date of the lesson purchase, and the price paid for such. They should be a valid receipt in a standard format, not an editable format.

Instructor Acceptance:

• We cannot guarantee that your selected instructor will accept or redeem the voucher. We will attempt to contact them once to explain the redemption process, but we will not pursue further actions if they refuse.

For Instructors (Voucher Redeemers):

Voucher Redemption:

• Instructors can redeem the voucher by visiting drivinglessonvouchers.com/redeem/.
• The voucher’s value will be transferred to you via bank transfer within 5 working days of redemption.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the payment details are accurate. We are not liable for payments issued to incorrect details.

Instructor’s Responsibility:

• You are responsible for deciding whether or not to accept the voucher, in accordance with your own policy.
• We will attempt to explain the redemption process to you, but if you choose not to accept the voucher, no refund will be given.
• You are not obligated to accept the gift voucher. If you prefer to receive payment directly from the pupil rather than through us, please inform the pupil that you will not be accepting the voucher. The pupil can then contact the purchaser for alternative arrangements.

Payment for Lessons:

• If the lesson cost exceeds the voucher value, the learner will be responsible for paying the difference directly to you.

General Terms:

Voucher Conditions:

• Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within the validity period.
• Vouchers may not be redeemed if the lesson has not been booked and paid for before the expiry date.

Statutory Rights:

• Nothing in these terms and conditions seeks to, or will, limit or exclude your statutory rights – including, but not limited to, your statutory rights as a consumer, where applicable.
