Terms and Conditions for Vouchers
- All vouchers issued by New Driver Programme Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order and receiving confirmation of acceptance from us, a legally binding agreement is formed between you (the purchaser) and New Driver Programme Ltd.
- These terms apply solely to the voucher purchase. A separate contractual agreement will be established between the learner and their chosen Driving Instructor. We do not provide a list of approved instructors, and it is your responsibility to contact and arrange lessons directly with an instructor of your choice. The Driving Instructor remains fully responsible for their services.
- Once your order is accepted, your voucher will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox, spam, and other folders. If you do not receive the voucher within 72 hours, contact us promptly for investigation or reissue.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, corrupted, or redeemed by an unauthorised individual. If gifting or forwarding the voucher to another person, we strongly advise using a secure method. Vouchers hold no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money. We reserve the right to void any voucher we believe has been tampered with, duplicated, fraudulently created, or otherwise deemed invalid. If any fraudulent use is discovered after redemption, we reserve the right to reclaim any funds transferred.
- If you are the learner and wish to redeem the voucher directly, you must retain your driving lesson receipt as proof of payment. Vouchers can be redeemed online at drivinglessonvouchers.com/ga/redeem. Upon successful submission, payment will be made by bank transfer—typically within 5 working days. Business accounts will not be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring that bank details entered during redemption are accurate. We are not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts if details provided were inaccurate. If someone other than the named learner driver is redeeming the voucher, proof of identity and written consent will be required. Vouchers are non-transferable.
- We may contact the Driving Instructor to verify lesson details and to prevent fraudulent claims. If the instructor is unwilling to confirm the lesson or respond, we reserve the right to decline the redemption request.
- Alternatively, learner drivers may request that payment be made directly to their instructor. You must obtain the instructor’s permission before sharing their payment details, and doing so constitutes consent under the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. New Driver Programme Ltd accepts no liability where this consent is not properly obtained.
- Driving Instructors may also redeem vouchers through drivinglessonvouchers.com/ga/redeem, with payments issued via bank transfer within 5 working days. Instructors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted payment details are correct.
- Vouchers may be used towards driving lessons or selected digital products listed across the New Driver Programme websites.
- Please note: we cannot guarantee that your instructor will accept or redeem the voucher. While we can contact the instructor once to explain the redemption process, we do not pursue redemption on your behalf. If the instructor chooses not to redeem the voucher or fails to do so within the validity period, no refunds will be issued.
- Vouchers may be partially or fully redeemed, depending on the lesson cost and available voucher balance. If the lesson cost exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by the learner. All receipts submitted must clearly show the learner driver’s name, instructor name, date of lesson purchase, and amount paid. Receipts must be in standard, non-editable formats.
- Each voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Redemption is only valid during the active period and must be supported by proof that lessons were booked and paid before expiry. We accept no responsibility if an instructor refuses to accept the voucher or fails to redeem it on time.
- We may contact you with marketing information if you have opted in. All personal information will be stored securely and managed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
- Nothing in these terms limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. To receive a full refund, the purchaser must contact us within 14 days of purchase. No physical or digital return is necessary, but once a refund is processed, the voucher will be voided and cannot be redeemed.
