Terms and Conditions for Vouchers
- All vouchers issued by us, New Driver Programme Pty Ltd, are subject to the following terms and conditions. When you place an order for a voucher and we, New Driver Programme Pty Ltd, accept it, a legally binding contract is formed, governed by the terms and conditions outlined below.
- These terms apply solely to the voucher. A separate contractual relationship will be established between you and the Driving Instructor, under different terms and conditions. We do not provide details of approved driving instructors. You will be responsible for making arrangements and paying the Driving Instructor directly. The Driving Instructor will be liable to you directly for their actions or omissions.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you upon acceptance of your order. Please check all email folders, including spam/junk folders. If you do not receive the voucher within 72 hours, please contact us so we can investigate or issue a new voucher.
- Vouchers are non-replaceable if lost, corrupted, or redeemed by unauthorised individuals. If you are forwarding a voucher, we recommend using a secure service. The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. We reserve the right to reject any voucher we believe has been tampered with, is fraudulent, duplicated, or is otherwise unacceptable. If a voucher is found to be fraudulent after payment, you will be required to repay any amounts issued to you or your instructor.
- Learner Drivers: If you are redeeming the voucher, please retain your driving lesson receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed when redeeming the voucher. The voucher can be redeemed at drivinglessonvouchers.com/en-au/redeem/. The cash value of the voucher will be transferred to your bank account within 5 business days of receiving your request. We do not accept payments to business accounts. You will need to enter accurate payment details during redemption. We are not responsible for any errors in payment details you provide. If a third party is redeeming the voucher on behalf of the Learner Driver, consent and ID verification will be required, and the voucher cannot be transferred. We may contact the Driving Instructor upon receiving the lesson receipt to verify the details and prevent fraud. If the instructor refuses to communicate with us, we reserve the right to refuse the voucher redemption.
- Driving Instructor: If you are redeeming the voucher, it can be done at drivinglessonvouchers.com/en-au/redeem/. The redeemed amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5 business days. Please ensure you provide accurate payment details; we are not liable for any payment errors if incorrect details are entered.
- Vouchers can be redeemed for driving lessons or selected digital products on New Driver Programme websites
- We cannot guarantee that your instructor will accept the voucher or redeem it. While we are happy to assist by contacting the instructor, we will only make one attempt to explain the redemption process. If the instructor does not accept the voucher or redeem it within the validity period, no refund will be issued, and we accept no liability.
- You may redeem part or all of the voucher’s value, provided a valid receipt is presented. If the lesson cost exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance will need to be paid by you. Receipts must contain details of the Learner Driver, instructor, lesson date, and amount paid. Receipts should be in a standard, non-editable format.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended. Vouchers can only be redeemed during the validity period, provided the lesson has been booked and paid for before the voucher expires. We are not responsible if an instructor does not accept the voucher or redeem it within the expiry period, and you will be liable for payment.
- We may use your details to send marketing communications if you have opted to receive them. All personal information will be stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian law.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy. The purchaser must contact us within 14 days for a full refund. There is no need to return any digital or physical products. Upon issuing the refund, the voucher will be voided.
