Terms and Conditions for Vouchers
- All vouchers issued by us, New Driver Programme Ltd, are governed by the following terms and conditions. By placing an order for a voucher and having it accepted by us, a legally binding contract is formed, as outlined below.
- These terms and conditions apply specifically to the voucher. A separate contract will be established between you and the Driving Instructor, governed by their own terms and conditions. We will not provide details of approved driving instructors, and you are responsible for arranging lessons and making payments directly with the instructor. They are solely responsible for their actions or omissions.
- Upon acceptance of your order, your voucher will be sent to you via email. Please check all folders, including junk/spam folders. If you have not received it within 72 hours, contact us, and we will investigate or reissue your voucher.
- Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, corrupted, or redeemed by unauthorized persons. If you are sending a voucher, we recommend using a secure service. The voucher holds no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any voucher we believe has been tampered with, is fraudulent, replicated, or otherwise unacceptable. If we discover any voucher claims to be fraudulent after payment, you will be required to reimburse any amounts paid to you or your instructor.
- As the Learner Driver, if you intend to redeem the voucher, please retain your lesson receipt as proof of purchase. This will be required when redeeming the voucher. The voucher can be redeemed at drivinglessonvouchers.com/en-ca/redeem/. The value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 5 business days of receiving your request. Please note, payments will only be made to personal bank accounts, not business accounts. You are responsible for entering the correct payment details, and we will not be held liable for any incorrect payments due to incorrect details. If the redeemer is not the Learner Driver named on the receipt, we will require their consent and ID verification. The voucher is non-transferable. We may contact your Driving Instructor to prevent fraudulent activities. If the instructor refuses to cooperate, we reserve the right to refuse redemption.
- As the Learner Driver, you may also share your instructor’s payment details to facilitate direct payment. You must ensure you have obtained the instructor’s permission to share their personal details in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We are not liable for any claims resulting from non-compliance.
- As the Driving Instructor, the voucher can be redeemed via drivinglessonvouchers.com/en-ca/redeem/. The cash value will be transferred to you via bank transfer within 5 business days of receipt. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and we will not be liable for any misdirected payments caused by incorrect information.
- Vouchers can be redeemed for driving lessons or selected digital products on New Driver Programme websites.
- We cannot guarantee that your instructor will accept or redeem the voucher. While we will make one attempt to contact them and explain the redemption process, we are not responsible for pursuing this further. If the instructor does not redeem the voucher within its validity period or refuses to accept it, no refund will be issued.
- You may redeem the full or partial value of the voucher at any time, provided you present valid information regarding the driving lesson, and where applicable, a receipt. If your lesson exceeds the voucher’s value, the balance will be due from you. Receipts must include the Learner Driver’s name, instructor’s details, lesson date, and price paid, and must be in standard, non-editable format.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended under any circumstances. It can only be redeemed within this period, provided lessons are booked and paid for before the expiration. We are not responsible for instructors who refuse to accept or redeem the voucher after the expiration date, and you will remain liable for payment for the lesson.
- If you have opted to receive marketing communications, we may use your details for this purpose. All information provided will be handled securely and in compliance with PIPEDA. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy on our website.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer, where applicable.
- We offer a 14-day refund policy. To receive a full refund, the purchaser must contact us within 14 days. There is no need to return any digital or physical products to receive a refund, as the voucher will be voided once the refund is processed.
